We the free, oversized, puff sleeve, bohemian, mini dress, or long top

that’s fun piece starts out like a T-shirt, but has little puff sleeves and a ruffled hem attached. Please see my measurement photos. This is either a very mini dress or longer tunic style top. It’s so oversized it would fit a regular extra large. I’m going to list as a mediumin excellent condition.
