We the Free Blue Striped Tunic / Dress

This dress is from Free People (I can’t remember if it was originally sold as a tunic or dress but when I originally bought it, I would wear it as a dress - so if you’re shorter this can work as a dress!) It’s a navy blue color with thin light blue vertical stripes. The front do the dress has a buttoned detail going up the front with pattern fabrics around it. The sleeves, bottom, and details of the dress have frayed edges. I only wore this dress twice, so it’s still in perfect condition. It is a size medium!
