Iβve sold several pairs and never had any issues with sizing. Iβd say they are true to size and somewhat stretchy since the material includes elastane. Let me know if you have any other questions.

In jeans, an 8 is a size 29 and a 10 would be equivalent to a 30. Hope that clarifies it a bit
