voguisheclectic @janislee0612 Hi! Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, this bag is very usable. I didn’t realize that half of one snap had came off until I was photographing it to sell. It’s a lovely item, and I’m only choosing to sell because I have a different bag that I use more often. It works fine. Having two fasteners on each side gives it more strength for carrying very heavy items. If I were to keep it, I would go to a seamstress and have them replace the fastener. But doing so is not necessary to use it.
