Wayne Clark Cocktail Evening Wedding Guest Dress Size 4 Royal Blue One Shoulder

The size tag is missing so I’m guessing it’s a size 4. The waist is 28 inches. I’m normally a size 2 or 4 and it fits me in the waist but is large in the bust. I’m 5’1” and you can see the length on me. It would be knee length on someone taller. I did not see them initially, but upon close inspection I did notice a few stains/dirt marks. They are not noticeable when you wear the dress. I did not try to remove them so I don’t know if dry cleaning would be able to get them out. Like I said, I never noticed them until I was closely examining the fabric for any imperfections. There is an invisible side zipper. It is a little tight at the waist line, but I am able to get it up and down with some force.
