Vintage (!) wax dog coat from Barbour. Our old guy only wore a handful of times before he outgrew it. Wax olive exterior, Barbour plain interior. Buckle strap is adjustable and Velcro on neck and tummy. (Pic is not our dog, just a representation!) size M for a retriever of small/medium Beagle.
