I will be getting back to you as soon as I can for the hand measurements.
The Watters website lists the bust at 42 1/2 inches.
The mannequin I used is a size 2. I just pinned the dress back to fit the mannequin for some pictures as seen in the photos. Hope this helps in the meantime.
