How big is this? Will it fit the 12 inch iPad Pro?

Unfortunately because of the zipper it doesn’t fit in. It works with ease for the iPad mini. It is also great just as a travel/pool/beach ouch for electronics

And the zipper opening on top is only 9 1/2 inches long too.

Does it have an inside padding to it for protection against bumps or drops? Or is it just a thin waterproof fabric?
