Waterproof Chelsea Boots

Go anywhere with this waterproof Chelsea boot! The Rowen is made with a vegan leather upper and warm lining that keep your feet and toes cozy. The double elastic gores and back pull tab make for easy on-and-off while standing tall on the slip-resistant luxe lug outsole. These Alegria Chelsea boots are brand new. I only tried them on, but never worn. Surprisingly quite comfortable. Just never wore them in Florida like I wanted to.
