Watermelon tutu dress

Purchased on Etsy from golden cactus tutus and apparel, handmade and gorgeous. Worn once for 20 mins in this “one in a melon” photo shoot. Size is 6m to 2T. Top is fully lined and stretchy as is the skirt. The ribbon top makes it adjustable as well.
