Watercolor dot Cocktail/Party dress

Navy silk dress with watercolor dots. Side ruffle and silk string tie at waist inside of elastic. Ruffle at chest all around the back. Side zip closure. Super fun and comfortable to wear! Spaghetti straps. It’s cocktail length/7” above knee on me and I’m 5’9” tall. Only worn once!
