Writing is covered when not wearing g hood (hood lays over it). I love this jacket, it’s lightweight but feels warm enough & protective from elements. Perfect walking/hiking jacket with the adventure quote, it’s low-key Disney which I love. Colors are Tiffany blue/turquoise, white & black color blocking style. Has front zipper closure & added layer of snap button closure over, with a fabric flap to conceal the buttons. White inner lining (has a couple of fabric snags inside lining, not noticeable when wearing & doesn’t affect design or function of jacket, see last 4 photos to see snags). Has 2 front button closure pockets. Has adjustable snap button cuffs (2 snaps so 2 length options). Drawstring tie hood with protective black metal tie covers so ends don’t gray).
