Watch/Clock In A Silver Gift Box

Got this at a estate sale the clock works good just put a new battery 3/17 in it and it was made in 1996 and is stamped with T he date. CL-X 15 A also written inside the top lid. It's very cute and would make a great little gift for someone to carry in their purse or sit on their desk. Box is some type of metal rather heavy and has gold bow. See pic for measurements.
