wassermanalison Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that! I hope you are ok first and foremost. Please do go to a doctor. Chiros only get you so far and if there's even a chance of there being a problem they can't help - only a medical doctor can. Does the driver that rear ended you have insurance? My advice (I know it's unsolicited but I sort of do this every day...) is that you report the claim to the other drivers insurance company ASAP and do not sign anything they ask you to sign. If anyone in your car was hurt you have rights. A personal injury attorney can help you if you need one. You will be sore for a week or so and that is normal after an impact. I'm really sorry to go off on a tangent like this but it's scary enough to have an accident and then not knowing what to so after one can be just as frightening. Please seek help if you need it - don't delay! 👍

73v3n @wassermanalison thank you😊💜! I went to the Doctor on Christmas & I've a follow up appointment with my doctor , the driver has insurance. Thank you so much for your advice/tips. When it happened I was speechless/shocked. Now were just waiting on what the insurance company is going to do & the police report. I'm anxious to see what was written the officer never asked me for a statement just my sister who was the passenger.

73v3n @wassermanalison I agree, luckily the driver & I have the same insurance company, the communication has been a little smooth. I'm still in shock, they gave me a rental but I haven't used it, I feel nervous when driving. My nephew was the one that experienced all the impact, his head slam on the seat. I'm just happy my family ok, everyone that see the pics are amazed, she was going at least 60 or more in a 40 speed limit area & she didn't even use her brakes.

jaylynnfinds Nooooooo! That's awful! I hope you get through this. I have been in 3 accidents and I've found that getting into a car after can be a challenge due to hypersensitivity- always being extra alert and tensing up when a vehicle next to me has a sudden or unexpected movement. Also, the headaches that come with paperwork, phone calls, and repairs to vehicles and body are sometimes unbearable- who has time for that?! When you need a break take one. Take care of yourself and take time off if it helps to pace yourself as you get back to "normal."

73v3n @247jewelrystore i made my account in April wasnt really on it/involved, But actively I was poshing in June. Almost a year. Just know it doesn't matter how long you been on the site, I've seen people who have been here since the site began & still haven't hosted or poshers that have been here for a month or two host. Its manly up to posh. If your interested i suggest send them an email so they can put you in their system to invite you😊

wassermanalison You should call the police dept and advise them that you believe the report contains inaccuracies. Did the person get a ticket? (Not that it matters so much anyway but it doesn't hurt for her insurance company to see she got one and you didn't)! Also - the report can be amended to include statements but it's not totally necessary. Her insurance company may want to take your statement as well. If you feel in any way confused I would suggest you consult an attorney in your area who can guide you through this (sorry I can't do it through posh and I don't think we live I'm the same state anyway, just want to help a fellow posher in her time of need). 👍

73v3n @wassermanalison thank you so much for your info! Thats the thing i don't think she did, the officer I had didn't seem to really be sure of what they were doing that night. My sister gave a statement but its not on the report. When the officer told me the report would be done in 72hrs it was more like 2weeks because they had a discrepancy with it. I don't understand why they wouldn't write what happened at the scene when that would be better evidence to go by. Her insurance has my statement. Thats what i was thinking about doing after we find out how things are going to end up. Its ok you have gave me more than enough help 😃 thank you! I know they want me to send a release of all my paper work, & since i haven't been able to explain by detail what happened i wrote it out to send to them.

wassermanalison I'm happy to help if possible. Don't sign any releases until you are 100% sure that you are not injured (meaning you don't need future medical care) and your sister and nephew are ok as well AND your vehicle has been fully repaired by them.

wassermanalison Oh - and officers (bless them and all they do) don't always get it right. Chalk it up to either a bad night, inexperience, or who knows. Just make sure you don't settle for less than getting it right.

I won't, lol i'm use to thinking if they ask you for a statement it would be on the report. I was wondering if I wanted to sue what evidence would I have to prove how serious the wreck was, but then again I watch to many judge shows lol.

So do you ever have issues where people try to get over my friend sent out shoes and then the girl says it's not like the photo which they were, that scares me. Will that affect her being able to become a suggest user or host. She was very upset cause she is very honest and would never do a thing like that. Does that happen to everyone

73v3n @247jewelrystore alot of people do that also😊 i share any/everyone whether they share my closet or not, some might be a buyer or know someone who would be one & when I'm on a sharing spree i share 25-30 when people see high volumes of shares they usually follow back with no hesitation. I haven't had that issue yet, it won't. Posh will be able to see that she is a honest seller by looking at her profile. I know that has happened to a few, but some say to document your items to be safe, just in case that happens. To always have a good description of the item/snap shot it, just in case you need to show posh that this person knew what they were buying & that it was sent exactly as described.If she get to much bad reviews than maybe it will effect her chances.

73v3n @247jewelrystore its hard getting Host-picks 1st starting out but then it gets easier😊. What majority do is sign up for tumblr for the announcements of who is hosting, lets you know in advance. Many go to their pages & tag them in an item & that usually works, especially if they ask in their host listing.

I've had sales my goal is to get to 500 a week. I'm home disabled and that will help with my kids in college. I gotta beef up my closet though. Don't have enough inventory to make that kind of money.
