iflip4fashion @jenniferboruch that is true... however all that is needed to confirm diamond warranty coverage (or Kay’s ESP plan if & when applicable) are the documents. & this is why it is important for the gifter to always provide the recipient with all paperwork (receipt unnecessary as warranty papers show transaction info for employee to pull up without releasing personal info or price paid). Hope that clarifies the requirements. Thus having these documents is a huge perk 🙌🏼

iflip4fashion @jenniferboruch oh, and technically no, however I have seen salespersons put the recipients name on the inspection update. This isn’t wise as it makes it even harder to pull up original purchase info necessary in many ways for a repair let alone inspection. Original document/receipts cannot be altered. Makes sense. The past year or two Kay has gone to a computerized documentation entered into their pad vs printed. In there they can make notes to update address, owner/recipient , contact # etc...
