For the record, I hate having to put any sellers or posh on blast but im in complete disbelief on how they handled this matter with me just last week, so I feel I have no choice but to do this. I accidentally butt dialed a order & immediately contacted the seller, apologizing for the inconvenience & requested a cancellation. It was late at night so I went to bed, the next morning I saw it had not cancelled. I proceeded to message the seller on 3 different formats, messaged posh support, tried to cancel myself, to no avail. the next day I tried again to contact both the seller and posh but still no answer by either. Finally 2.days go by and I receive a note saying my purchase has shipped. WTF?!! This is so unacceptable & negligent. I have sent posh several more messages but only hear from automated messaging. If anyone has any suggestions or input on this matter, I'd really appreciate it. im on disability and every penny in my account usually goes towards bills and is accounted for until I know all my bills have been handled for the month. I would hope to think posh would have our backs in a situation where the seller is either neglecting their responsibilities or worse, abusing the system at our expense. the username of this horrible human is goodstuff111 please report her & make your complaints &/ OR make a complaint w/the BBB regarding posh's customer service or lack there of. Wow!! I have done accidental purchases and the seller has always canceled for me. Sorry for nasty human decency absolutely ridiculous. Karmas a bitchh that’s all I have to say. Just know this is once in a million chance of ever happening again so don’t give up Posh is great most of the time 🥰

@andromida69 hey there! thanks for your input 🖤 I also agree, Ive butt dialed accidental orders about 1/2 a dozen times & every other time, the seller cancelled my order not a minute after requesting. I find it worry some that when you click on this person's 🖤 notes, it looks great..it wasn't until you dig deeper under her "introducing" listing that you see a floodgate of unhappy buyers, ranging in complaints & queries..1 common is the complete lack of communication..

@andromida69 I even told her if she cancels it, I will go ahead and order a bundle and purchase it in a couple days. you'd think a bundle sale in a couple days would before profitable than a single item purchase. anyway, thanks for letting me vent haha.. thinking about making a thread involving all the people who have been done wrongly by her, in an effort to warn others.

@kzapdizal they really should monitor accounts better. I know for a fact they do block/delete scammers. Happened to a friend of mine. I guess it’s tough when all you have to do is change your email. I wish you much success ❤️

@kzapdizal Hello love. May I ask, did this happen this month? I received a fake pair of Jimmy Choo, tried to return them, posh actually ruled in the sellers favor, I appealed to posh, 🦗 crickets. I received a message stating posh is revamping their computers. But….still. I went through 🅿️🅿️. I was told that if I send them to posh, I can get a refund. But, I’m out the money to ship them. 🤷🏼♀️

FYI, there should be an option to cancel your purchase. Your supposed to have 3 hours. If it happens again, go to your purchase listings, there should be an option to cancel.

But only when im the seller and I try to check off the 3 boxes
I get a message on my screen saying the buyer has 3 hrs to cancel
I never see the option to cancel when I’m the buyer
Idk why?!

@buddhalovaz89 🤔. Idk. I know that, I have placed bids, recently, and, if someone accepted my offer before the second person, I have been able to cancel it. I guess I thought that it was the same with purchases. BUT….if the seller has 3 hours, there has to be a way to cancel. Let me check something out.

@buddhalovaz89 ok, on the main screen, go to the bottom, click your user name, scroll to the bottom of that screen to frequently asked questions. Type in, “how do I cancel accidental purchases”. It will walk you all the way through what you have to do.

@angidabartender my mistake was that when I made the accidental purchase, it was super late at night, like 2 or 3am and I was in bed and wrote the seller immediately about it, requesting her to cancel. I fell asleep and when I woke up in the morning, by that time, it was apparently too late for me to cancel on my end. I wrote the seller & posh support multiple times to no avail. posh's customer service or lack there of was more than disturbing.

@buddhalovaz89 idk, I should have cancelled myself right away but I didn't think that folks here were that insidious, basically scamming & forcing sales upon their fellow posh users. I made the mistake of being too naive enough to think she would do the right thing & cancel. I sent her and posh 3 or 4 messages each with no response from either. 3 days after the accident, to my dismay, they ship it! now im stuck w a dress that I can't fit into. Asz hollery at it's finest 🤮

@kzapdizal I had to look this person up and saw that her average ship time was 2 days I wonder how that's possible with so many people complaining about her not shipping for weeks.
