@brinak123 Hi, and welcome to Poshmark! I record my clothing, packaging and shipping process. If a customer decides to open a case against you, then you will have the proof you need to help prove your side of the case. Hi, this is such a wonderful idea that I'm going to start using. How do you record the shipping part? I have been very nervous about selling on here after I had a case opened up on me for the first time for a brand new item with tags and when I asked the buyer what was wrong many times they never replied! I can't Poshmark approved it! Now reading this gives me a peace of mind! Thank you!

@thesalleylin omg I am fairly new to poshmark and this is so smart . I recvd a review stating a shirt & bottom I sold to someone was wet when received. I know for a fact it wasn’t and both were shipped sep. I couldn’t get any feedback about if it was the packaging or the actual items. I needed to know if it was the post office and the details of what was wet. The buyer wouldn’t reply to my messages though. Thank you for this suggestion I will start using this method too

First, you will share your listings you want to share and remember the last item you shared will appear at the top of your closet. @thesalleylin hi i'm currently going through what feels like a scam or a customer wanting a return because they have said there is an oil spill stain on the first of a new dress which i took pictures and did not see anything. I just feel so frustrated because if there was a stain, I would of been completely upfront about it. Anyways I love your graphic and will definitely make my own.

I record and take pictures of every transaction. I had one scammer that photoshopped food stains on the item she bought. It was my first complaint file. I had all the pictures and info for the case. Posh sided with her. I got my item back and nothing was on the item. That’s how I know she photoshopped it.

@thesalleylin why do you start out by saying, “Warning....”? That says to me, something should be feared, a problem or unfortunate event is about to happen. Recording all transactions etc. is not a bad thing. Not a threat. Not something to fear. Embrace it. You are smart and covering your tuckus.

I’m dealing with a case this lady brought against me over a snag in the stitching of jeans and poshmark sides with her despite there being photos of the snag in my listing. That’s fine, return them. However she posted on the picture how much she loved the jeans and their fit and she claimed she only did it to let me know to be more careful in the future and claimed she didn’t know how to message me to tell me that. Now the problem is she hasn’t sent the jeans back or released the funds.

@sar_fre Not sure how old this post is, but I would have let Poshmark know immediately if the item was not returned. I've had that happened, and I got the funds back bc the buyer kept the item. I'm going through another incident right now, and I have decided to record every sale going forward bc these types of incidents are happening more and more.
