Warm NY Floral Tiered Ruffle midi Dress. This beautiful dress features lace trim at the neckline and bottom hem, ruffles, high neckline, button closure at front, puff sleeves with tie detail, and tiered skirt. No rips or stains detected, but there are some minor pulls in the lace trim at the very bottom (please see pics). There is also some minor pilling present under the arms. The size tag has been removed, so the dress is estimated to be a size large based on the measurements. Bust measures 20” across and length from shoulder to bottom hem is 40”.
