Warm turtleneck dress tunic from Korea

Truly unique vintage warm dress / tunic from Korea. Beautiful floral pattern. Fabric is like a heavy fleece. Side pockets. In great condition. No holes, flaws or snags. Marked Size L - Korean - but fits like a US Medium. See photos for measurements. Fabric is knit but not super stretchy except for the turtleneck which is very soft and flexible - and not tight around the neck. Pullover style - no zippers. (Brand label translates as "Taking a bath and Alley." Fabric says it is 30% hemp and 70% something else I cannot read. Maybe someone can translate for me.)
