Want and Need Black Chiffon Mini Dress ON SALE

This dress arrived to late to wear and besides it was a tad too big. ANYWAY, this lined chiffon dress is really cute. It's mini, with swing to the body of the dress and sheer bell sleeves. The nice lattice work is featured on the back of the dress and is very sexy, especially if you wear your hair up with a sparkly adornment. Add black fishnet or sheer hose and some very sexy black evening shoes. Add color, or not, with jewelry. I like flashy dress up earrings, maybe you do too.
