Want an item in my closet but can’t buy at this moment? I hold items for buyers

I am willing to hold anything for up to a week. Just simply ask as I know how it is, you really want the item. All I ask is that you talk with me before hand if you want the item for less. Negotiate on price before holding the item please. Also, I expect you to be back by the end of the week to purchase. I can either place the item not for sale so no one can buy it or simply write in the title “on hold” but keep it available so you can purchase when you are ready. But please be reliable and be back as promised. No surprises like sending me an offer after I held the item for you, please. It is logically assumed at time I hold an item, the price is acceptable to you. So again, any negotiations on price should be considered right before the item is held. I am after all being kind in offering to hold the item for you, some sellers do not hold items and partially because of buyers who do not follow through on their part. I have found about 80% of the time, it is to the seller’s advantage to hold items in my experience and anyhow, I appreciate those sellers who would and have done the same for me when I could not buy at the moment. It is courteous and if everything works out, those buyers usually do come back to buy more.
