Wanakome Zanny Hooded Sweatshirt XXL Women's Color Block Hoodie

I purchased this from BUCKLE October 2023 but removed the tags before realizing it is a little too large for me. I cannot return it since the tags are not attached, but have never worn the hoodie. There is a small smudge on the lower back, pointed out in a photo. I received the hoodie from BUCKLE with the smudge so am unsure what it is, I believe it will wash out. Likely dust from the store.
