GORGEOUS skit by Walter, in an iridescent fabric that reflects light in shades of green and bronze. A-line silhouette with pleating for extra structure, and gold buttons accent the front for a high waist fit. Inside lining is an amazing lime green. 27" waist, 19" length, side zipper closure. This was one of my favorite skirts until I outgrew it, but it used to get many compliments!

electricboots Love this! When you say waist do you mean the lower waist or the very small of the waist- where the top of the skirt hits?

mari_calamari @electricboots thanks, it really is a gorgeous skirt! The waist measurement is the narrowest part of the skirt- so the very top opening.
