Walter Baker V-neck open arm blouse with metallic

Beautiful bright Walter Baker’s blouse. It has V-Neck and thick smock waist that flows into peplum. Side of arms are open showing the delicate and feminine side. Wrist has button closure. Blouse is over the neck put on. Bottom two buttons are non-functional. Back of the blouse pleats till where it’s smocked then flows like front. It’s a multi color blouse with long diamonds, tear drop like, leafy.. etc Also blouse itself has vertical metallic mixture to make it more special. Size Small and excellent condition.
