This beautiful elegant dress is brand new with tags! It has a beautifully feminine floral design that is called SECRET GARDEN with tiny silver stitching that adds a vibrant touch. I love the sheer Victorian style neckline that buttons in the back with a small button that is covered in the same fabric. I am 4’11” and this dress is about 3-4 inches past my knee.
