Walt Disneyland Mickey Mouse shorts, peach color, size medium never worn

These shorts we’re bought at Disneyland in California and are unisex size medium. For some reason, they do not have the size on the tag. My daughter bought them for her boyfriend and he never wore them. They still have the plastic tag on them, but no paper tag. See pictures for measurements. Also, I have listed a pair that are size small that were hers and they have only been worn one time.
