Wall Flower navy blue leggings

Wall Flower navy blue leggings, thin silky material. Great for general wear or under a skirt. The silky material makes them look and feel like dress pants. There is a slight snag on the back waistline from where the original tag was (see picture) but generally not noticeable. Never worn as my daughter outgrew them before she had a chance to wear them.
