Brand new in unopened box. I have two available. This is made of silicone and is dishwasher safe. Simply pour your Wakse beads into the cup and microwave per the instructions. I do not know how well this product works for other brands. This was made specifically for Wakse personal waxing beads. I've used Wakse for years and it's my favorite!
