Small. Heavy duty hook and zipper closure waist trainers. One beige and one black. 22.5-23in long and 9.5-10in tall. Latex shell and cotton inside. Metal bone/lined. Great for back pain as well. These were advertised as Kardashian’s dupes. They are super good quality, these were just too small for me.
