issa_emmaaa @serious2cuts well unfortunately this one was too small for me and I couldn’t keep it on 😭 but in the past wearing waist trainers would slim my waist temporarily for a couple hours!! And it would truly work the science behind it is ur moving ur water weight from wear it’s being squeezed
