This waist trainer is made from rubber, cotton and spandex. It can be used as a sports waist trainer, regular waist trainer or shapewear. It's comfortable and is non-stretch. There are 3 rows of hooks to adjust. I have never used it I tried it on and it was too small. It comes in original packaging. Note that it is a large but runs a bit small.
