WWII Sterling Silver Fighter Pilot Wings Pin Back

The wingspan on this pin is 3" & the pin measures 3/4" at its widest. At the center is the classic American Bald Eagle found on the back of US $1 bill. The eagle carries an olive branch and arrows in his talons & American crest at its chest. Above the eagle is a circle w/ 13 stars and in his beak, a banner ribbon reading, E PLURIBUS UNUM. Pin is hallmarked on back "AMCO Sterling". There's a beautiful deep patina at the outer edges. Pin is solid and heavy.
