WWE Women's John Cena Boots

These are women's boots, the size is XL (I'm a women's size 9 in shoes, I hope that helps) I've had these for a long time but I never wore them, they have been in storage. I noticed a flaw on the bottom of the boot as pictured, I am unsure what it is since I never wore them, I believe it's a stitching issue.
