WUSTHOF 2-Stage Hand-Held Knife Sharpener in black 🖤. The sharpening is made from Synthetic material, dimensions 9"L x 1"W x 1"H. Two stage means; Stage 1 used carbide abrasive wheels for sharpening blunt knives, Stage 2 uses ceramic slats for fine sharpening. This is a product design in Germany over 200 years ago. Looks like new, but is not brand new.
