WToo by Watters & Watters Tuxedo Halter Backless Taffeta Dress in Foliage, Size 12. Fab cocktail dress for date night, rehearsal dinner or guest at a wedding. The only alterations made on this dress were in the bust & at the waist. I’m a pear shape & the dress was originally just too loose in the bust & a little too tight in the waist/rib cage area so I had it taken in just a bit in the bust & let out a little in the waist. When I wore it I was about a 34C. Worn once & dry cleaned.

nicolestephie @4huntkids, Flat waist is 16” so would fit about a 32” waist. The skirt is a flair skirt so I’m not really able to get an accurate measurement there but there is ample room for hips. Also, I apologize but I can’t really get a bust measurement as the garment is backless but that would give you some wiggle room as well because of that. As long as you have a 30-32” waist, the dress should fit w/ possible minor alterations needed in the bust or at the neck closure per your individual body type.

nicolestephie @4huntkids, also, please note for bust size reference is was a 34C when I fit into this dress but there is easily room to accommodate a slightly smaller or larger bust thanks to the neck closure and open back.
