Incredible vintage 1920’s enamel, sterling & diamond pendant watch. What’s more incredible.....IT STILL WORKS!! Not sure if I want to let go of this yet. Stunning enamel in a vivid turquoise blue with floral detail and mine cut diamonds. 5 diamonds missing (as per vintage condition). Wind up mechanism. Some enamel missing from pendant holder but otherwise I can’t believe the detail & condition. Pendant watches are extremely rare. Made by Swiss brand Altus.
