There will always be those people who want to ruin other people's reputation because they can't stand to see other people succeed. Don't allow their rating to effect how well your business is doing. Those who have shopped Poshmark for years know Poshmark's policy. These amateurs need to go somewhere else if their not satisfied.

Had the same issue w a customer on a LIKE NEW Kate Spade wallet I gave her a huge discount & she turned @ & gave me 3 stars which I didn’t deserve so when I asked her about it she went back & rated me a 2, then a 1!!! Unbelievable!! The worst part was she complained so bad about my wallet but turned around & tried to sell it for twice what I gave it to her for! And listed it in “Excellent pre-owned condition,” & said it wasn’t the right color!! Smdh 🙄🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
