WORTHINGTON dress blouse with faux leather accent

This blouse has a distinct yellow and white pattern on a black background with a sophisticated faux leather accent starting at the neck and working it's way all the way down. The neck is sort of a mock turtleneck with a v opening and the back has 2 buttons with a keyhole. As you can see in the picture,this blouse is also cut to draw in your waist.
