WORTH size 10 Silk Dress - Stuck Zipper!!

vintage 100% silk dress from Worth in a beautiful rich purple. size 10. satin cuffs with button detail. stray thread at waist, possibly from a now-missing belt? zipper back - zipper is STUCK. This dress is in great condition except for the zipper. replace? repair? reuse the silk? bargain pricing because of the zipper, I couldn't bring myself to throw it out.
