Has this skirt been laundered as opposed to dry cleaned?

@yankeetraveller it doesnāt appear to have been laundered. It is very crisp and no fading. It has been cared for properly.

Thanks for the offer, but I need it in a size 8. I had the skirt and put it in a cleaning bag at a hotel, taking them up on the free DRY CLEANING they offered. It was returned having been laundered in water. It lost its nice finish, some grommets, and it shrunk! I absolutely love this skirt.
