tanivf @njacinto the dress itself does but where the velvet strips are, it feels less stretchy, if that makes sense. so, final answer is kinda! sorry it’s not a clearer answer!

tanivf @sarahllewell140 hi! i’m not exactly sure how to measure so i posted photos. the bust is 15” across, the natural waist is 13” across, the hips are 14 1/2” across and the length from strap to hem is 39”. if there is a better measurement, please let me know!
