It’s fully lined in a plaid flannel 3 button front Big notched collar Back slit vent The men’s sizing is 46 The actual measurements are 27” from underarm to underarm, 39” length and the sleeve length from the shoulder seam is 22” The sleeves fit me perfectly right at the top of the “crotch” of my thumb and hemline hits just at bottom of knee- ( I’m 5’4.5”) A little masculine, but a great medium weight quality wool coat.
