mrsthomas20 I have yet to receive this item. They were marked for delivery on march 11. I have messaged Poshmark 3 times now with no response or assistance.

aurora_mr @mrsramirez2015 Hi, after checking, your package is still on the way but delayed. you can also check the tracking through USPS. I would give a few more day. after that, I would report to Poshmark that the package been lost if no update. Rest assured, you will get the refund if item not delivered. But currently it’s still showing “ in transit”.

mrsthomas20 @aurora_mr I thought it was just a simple delay but it hasn’t updated at all in over a week and Monday will be 2 was with no changes to the shipping information. I check it daily as the shoes were for my daughter. I needed them for this week so I just went and purchased them somewhere else because it doesn’t seem like this will be arriving at no fault to you at all!!

aurora_mr @mrsramirez2015 you purchased the item on march 5th, tracking started showing on march 7th. And It’s all prepaid label provided by Poshmark. if time isn’t ideal for you. I would just request refund through Poshmark since it already one week passed estimated delivery date. Regardless, Poshmark has to step in. It’s best to contact Poshmark and wait for their response.
