WOMEN’S LOFT SMOCKED & RUFFLED MINI DRESS

WOMEN’S LOFT SMOCKED NECK AND RUFFLED MINI DRESS SIZE: small COLOR: black SILHOUETTE: black mini dress that drapes and flows beautifully. The neck is smocked and the bottom of the dress has a feminine and sweet ruffle. The cuffs are also smocked and it is very flattering as the sleeves are a little blousey and looks really nice slightly pushed up the arm. The back is secured with a keyhole button that adds to the femininity of the dress. The waist has belt loops that hold the thin, black belted tie. I put photos of the dress up from the LOFT website (purple floral photos) so you can see how it fits. MATERIAL: 95% rayon, 5% spandex CONDITION: new with tags attached.
