WOMEN'S DRESS by "Fashion Terminal Inc.

This great dress has a "gypsy" look to it. Greenish Blue in color and made of cotton and viscose. Very stretchy from waist to bust. Many fun looking layers of fabric for the skirt. This measures a little over 40" from top of shoulder to the hem. Over the bust it measures 11" flat, but will comfortably stretch for at least a 36" to 38" chest. It would be nice with a cami under it to compliment the color. This dress is looking for celebrations.
