I'll do my best to describe it accurately, but "cheapy looking" is more of an opinion and if i say no, and you think it is, i don't want you to feel like i misguided you. it's stretchy, light, but a rough, hard fabric. i personally think it's very flattering. wish i could help more. please let me know if i can help in any way!
