WMF Vitalis Compact Aroma Steamer

WMF Vitalis Compact Roaster with is designed by Peter Ramminger and has all of the properties of the large version, but just more compact. It is made from Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel with polished finish. With its dimensions, the Compact is ideal for smaller portions and for the one to two-person household. Steam cooking is fast and always successful. It's worth it, even for smaller amounts of food. Cooking in the WMF Vitalis is a gentle cooking process for vegetables, fish and meat. The steamer is a closed system for the cooker. Liquid is brought to a boil in the roasting pan. The ingredients on the steaming rack cook in the rising steam without coming into contact with water. The integrated thermometer in the glass lid makes it possible to control from the outside without lifting the lid. The cooking process is therefore not interrupted by an unnecessary loss of energy.
