This excellent vintage WMF Germany retired 'Taika' pattern set of 59 pieces is heavyweight, gorgeous, high-quality stainless steel flatware is made only like the Germans can do it. It exudes style, elegance and grace. It is gently used, and has a mirror finish polish to it. I purchased these new about 20 years ago, and it lasted longer than the various husband(s) I have had at one time or another! WMF states that the style of this pattern is a nod to Asian culture, and the ultra-long handles give this pattern a decadent and very dramatic style.
