Well, those aren’t legs, they are only stockings and shoe covers!!!😂😂 A must have if you are going to dress for Halloween 🎃 one size fits all I’m saying. I put them on and they Are 22” from floor to top.Embellished with orange and purple netting and shiny buckles on top.
