LIKE NEW WINTER KATE BLACK SLIP DRESS WITH BLUE PATTERNED OVERLAY SIZE M. THIS DRESS. Before House of Harlow 1960 there was WINTER KATE. This dress is a perfectly chic nod to the 60s with its billowy sleeves & a funky patterned blue overlay. This is my lucky dress. I wore it to an art show on my first date with my now husband. Almost 15 years ago. She’s vintage ;)
